Salted Music recording artist and soulful house music legend Lisa Shaw will be gracing our stage for a very special intimate live performance that you won’t see anywhere else. With the release of her second artist album, FREE, Lisa Shaw continues to produce eclectic soul and soothing house with her one-of-a-kind voice.

This intimate set will differ from the DJ oriented house sets many clubgoers are used to seeing Lisa perform at. Instead Strictly Social will place Lisa among live musicians for a unique journey into her diverse body of work.

Thanks to the lovely EMusic I recently grabbed Lisa Shaw’s brand new album “Free” and I’m pretty much in love with it. It’s full of the soulful downtempo-y, housey goodness you would expect. Lisa Shaw does this better than anyone else so grab this album for a wonderful end-to-end listen.

She has just released a video for the track “Tomorrow” which will probably draw Sade-comparisons. I don’t necessarily think it’s the strongest track on the album, but still good.
