The daughter of singer/songwriters Michael and Brenda Sutton, Dionyza has some family history to live up to! She brings things full circle nicely on this track “I Told Myself” which features a sample, best known to most as the one Kanye West used on his track for Jay-Z & Scarface “Guess Who’s Back.” However that sample was taken from a song originally written by Dionyza’s parents,”Sunrise” and was recorded back in the 70s by The Originals.
